My SweatFest was 8:28 but I did SDHLP at 85#. And 4 RMU. I did them UB tho so I’m not mad 🙃

positive- i can totally feel my mobility getting slightly better with these sotts presses

negative- the snatches felt like freshly shitted (is that a word?) dog dooooo dooooo


worked up to 120 for 3..2nd of the 3 was 100% not a 2 sec pause in the bottom but i wasnt gonna drop the shit


high key liked the sweatfest- 8:43 with some sketchy chicken winged rmu ( my max unbroken is 7 so i was doing 4's)

first two sets of hang power snatch were unbroken, 3rd set was 7/6


13 is a gross number, can we please stick to even #'s next time..my OCD was at an all time high
